Krapu Danda Trek is a short Himalayan adventure in the Tangting area of Kaski, starting and ending in Pokhara. The trail passes through traditional Gurung villages, terraced fields and forested landscapes before reaching Krapu Danda. From the ridge, trekkers can enjoy wide views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Lamjung Himal and Manaslu. The trek is suitable for travelers looking for a short and less-crowded trekking experience near Pokhara.
After breakfast, drive from Pokhara toward Tangting Village. Explore the traditional Gurung settlement before beginning the hike toward Krapu Danda. The trail passes through forests, terraced fields and peaceful local surroundings. Continue uphill toward the ridge and enjoy views of the surrounding Himalayan mountains. Reach Krapu Danda and relax while enjoying the mountain scenery and sunset.
Wake up early to enjoy sunrise over the Himalayan ranges. After breakfast, begin the descent through forests and local landscapes toward Tangting Village. From Tangting, drive back to Pokhara. The trek ends after reaching Pokhara.
