Nepal Vacation Pvt. Ltd. is the complete destination management company of Nepal, working alongside Fujiyama Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. in Lakeside, Pokhara.
Fujiyama Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. was officially established on 2 April 1995 and is licensed by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Government of Nepal. We are members of PATA, EEC-Nepal, TAAN Western Regional Association Pokhara, the Nepal Mountaineering Association, the Sustainable Tourism Network and the Pokhara Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Nepal Vacation Pvt. Ltd. followed as our tour operating arm, providing a comprehensive travel solution for leisure groups, soft and hard adventure travellers, and corporate and educational groups. It is managed by a team of women travel professionals, with Mrs Shobha Kumari Adhikari Sapkota as director — part of a deliberate goal of empowering women in the hospitality industry.
We are better known for advanced and quality equipment, qualified and experienced staff, a friendly and responsible crew, professional service, safety and health care, team spirit, consciousness about nature and careful management of garbage disposal. The highlight of our trips is the interaction with our trekking crew.
Although we are a profit-making company, we allocate 10% of net profit to social causes across three sectors — environment, education and health — including scholarships for students from remote villages, free medical camps and school construction.

Managing Director
Tikaram Sapkota is Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tribhuvan University , Nepal. He is the Managing Director of Fujiyama Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd and Nepal Vacation Pvt . Ltd in Pokhara . He is also the registered auditor with his own audit firm T.R Sapkota & Associates. He is the Past President and Advisor of Pokhara Tourism Council and Past President of Trekking Agencies’ Association of Nepal (TAAN) Western Regional Association Pohara . He was executive member of Nepal Tourism Board (National Tourism Organisation) Executive Committee. Apart from these , Mr. Sapkota has attended many travel and tourism related training and seminars inside and outside Nepal. He has visited several countries in Europe , Africa, America and Asia .

Mrs Adhikari is graduated from Tribhuwan University. She is now working at our company as a Director. She is well experience and had attained the customer care, accounting and marketing training.
